Two things... One, thanks to NYC corruption and the battle for cable rights in NYC (Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn to be specific), I heard this song before ever seeing anything on MTV (we had U68 as an alternative). Second, the DKs may be the only group whose lyrics as meaningful today as they were 30 years ago. How did Jello know?!
