Something I did not expect to encounter during today's breakfast reading:
In CONAN THE BARBARIAN number 44 (November 1974), Conan and cult favorite warrior woman Red Sonja are imprisoned by a brother and sister pair of incredibly powerful immortal magic-wielders who keep their eternal youth going by breeding subhuman fodder whose blood they use for an immortality elixir. Conan finds himself physically puppeted by the male immortal, mental control that he can offer no resistance to, and he is forcibly possessed by a "lust demon" before being commanded to mate with a gaggle of devolved female creatures in hope of him siring the start of a self-generating supply of bodies to sustain the immortals.
It's not stated explicitly, but it's made quite clear that this was the serial rape of a very unwilling and terrified Conan, an event that leaves the Cimmerian warrior deeply traumatized. His reaction to Red Sonja's question about what happened leaves zero doubt about this.
All I have to say to that is "Approved by the Comics Code Authority!!!"
